Grassroots & Talent Development
Without grassroots, there is no new music. We focus on building experience and networks as the foundation for talent development, contributing to a sustainable and diverse music world of the future.
Audience Development
We strive to rethink and challenge where and how music can be experienced. By developing collaborative relationships and concert formats, we create opportunities for musicians to reach new audience communities — from international festival stages to the comfort of a living room.
International Collaboration
There is significant international interest in Danish music and culture. In addition to our international transport support, we engage in targeted collaborations and explore new platforms and growth opportunities for Danish musical impact beyond the country's borders.
We aim to actively contribute to increased diversity in the production, dissemination, and consumption of music. We collaborate to develop safe and sustainable working conditions for both emerging and established artists, as well as everyone involved in the music industry.
ROSA is part of the Trygt Rum Network, comprising 15 organizations from the music sector with a shared goal of preventing inappropriate behavior and promoting a respectful and professional working environment. Trygt Rum has contributed to the publication of the Guide to a Respectful and Professional Work Culture in the Music Industry as well as the Six Principles of Togetherness.
