- Pop-Pilot Elektro ENG
< All archived projects Pop-Pilot Elektro ENG The electronic music camp Pop-Pilot Elektro, carved a creative and educational space for young girls, trans youth, and non-binary youth who harboured a curiosity towards electronic music. Pop-Pilot Elektro, was the name of ROSA’s electronic music camps, where girls, trans youth, and non-binary youth from ages 14-19, were introduced to electronic music over the course of one weekend. Between 2019 and 2023, Pop-Pilot Elektro gave the participants the tools to write and produce their own music. With experienced producers from Beats By Girlz as coaches and role models, the goal was to prepare the participants for creating music, regardless of gender and experience. In cosy, safe and creative environments, the participants learned how to record using a microphone, do sound design, and put it all together in a song using the music program Logic. Songs which, at the end of the camp, were presented for family and friends. 6 Instructors 100 Percent good energy 117 Keys
- Pop-Pilot Camp ENG
< All archived projects Pop-Pilot Camp ENG For 11 years, ROSA’s Pop-Pilot Camps gave young girls, trans youth, and non-binary youth, the chance to explore music – regardless of how experienced they were. The essence of Pop-Pilot was to strengthen the participants’ beliefs in their own abilities, and give them the desire to create and perform music. Pop-Pilot Camps were music camps for young girls, trans youth, and non-binary youth from the age of 13-20. The camps focused on community, originality, empowerment and music. Here, they could participate both with and without music knowledge. This was possible, because the camps were led by experienced female musicians, who, due to their own backgrounds, could meet all the participants at eye level. ROSA facilitated Pop-Pilot Camps from 2021 to 2022 across the country – and every year, we sent a happy group of participants back home afterwards, fulfilled by good music experiences, and many new friends. From the beginning, the purpose of Pop-Pilot Camp was to create a safe space for the participants to strengthen their confidence and belief in their own creativity and musicality. At a point of their lives, where crucial personal competencies are created and ripened. 17 Camps 201 Songs 304 Participants

- NAKED ENG
< All archived projects NAKED ENG “A singer and a piano”. This was the idea behind NAKED, wherein a range of artists performed brand new renditions of their music, with Gustaf Ljunggren on the piano bench. In 2011, ROSA and SPOT Festival presented the very first version of NAKED. The subheading sounded: “A singer and a piano”, and did exactly what it said on the tin. The project presented strong singers and a brand new rendition of their music, scraped entirely clean of band and production. Instead, all that was left was the core. The song and the voice was helped along by NAKED’s pianist Gustaf Ljunggren. NAKED was, from the beginning, an audience favourite – the concept attracted new as well as established soloists, who were all willing to step out of their comfort zones in this intimate setting, to view their songs through another lens. And every time, it was two female and two male singers. Throughout the years, NAKED has presented names such as Lord Siva, Johan Olsen (Magtens Korridorer), Stine Bramsen, Hans Philip (Ukendt Kunstner), Nik & Jay, Claus Hempler, Kill J, Pernille Rosendahl, Katinka, Gulddreng, Sebastian (Kellermensch), Lydmor, Soleima, Kjartan (Folkeklubben), Christopher, Barbara Moleko, Eivør, Mathias Bertelsen (Entrepreneurs) and Simon Olsen (BÆST). From 2022, SPOT Festival has taken over the organisation and presentation of NAKED at SPOT Festival. 1 Piano 43 Artists 1 Gustaf Ljunggren
- Musik på Hjemmebanen ENG
< All archived projects Musik på Hjemmebanen ENG The project Musik på Hjemmebanen (Music on Home Ground), was started by ROSA in 2018, and presented music for local communities. Within the first year of the project, the concerts were held in Aarhus and Aalborg. In 2020, it spread to the whole country. Musik på Hjemmebane was from the beginning a collaboration between BL – Danmarks Almene Boliger, neighbourhood organisations, and ROSA. Apart from creating new venues and audiences, the purpose was to provide citizens, who only sporadically came in contact with Danish produced art, the opportunity to experience music in a safe, local space. In the years where ROSA was involved with the project, Musik på Hjemmebane housed the musicians Ester Brohus, Ivan Petersen, Rasmus Nøhr, and Signe Svendsen. From 2021, SPOT Festival took up the project. 4 Soloists 51 Concerts 502 Cups of coffee

- E-Tur ENG
< All projects E-Tur ENG An intense developmental project where upcoming artists present their live-setup in front of a potentially new group of fans at efterskoler (continuation schools) around the country. A guiding star for the musicians of tomorrow. E-Tur (E-Tour) introduces new Danish music, new directions, and provides a young audience with access to the newest of high quality music. ROSA’s primary purpose with E-Tur is to give bands and artists the opportunity to gain experiences and routines in being a touring musician. New bands and new artists especially, may struggle with landing enough gigs to build a substantial amount of experience in performing live music. On E-Tur, artists can perform for a different audience every night, and harvest from these experiences. Interacting with a new audience and putting on a good show can be incredibly important to building a fanbase. In other words, E-Tur is also effective marketing. E-Tur has a number of different collaborators: MentalVoice, which offers a course focusing on mental health before, during, and after E-Tur; LMS (“Levende Musik i Skolen”), which partnered up with ROSA to supply music to efterskoler (continuation schools) around the country; and BandAkademiet, which focuses on honing talents, also in collaboration with MentalVoice. Mental Voice As part of E-Tur, the participating artists are offered a program - before, during, and after their tour - focusing on their mental well-being. The artists undergo a coaching process that provides them with tools to handle performance and expectation pressure, for example. The organization behind this program is MentalVoice. LMS has been working with professional school concerts since 1992 in public schools, private schools, and independent schools. The new collaboration between LMS and ROSA is based on the decision by the Danish Arts Foundation and the parties behind the current finance law that all primary school students should encounter live music every year through a professional school concert. If you click on the Spotify player, you can listen to what is currently playing on E-Tur, among other things. The playlist includes songs from the selected artists who will be touring in 2024. E-Tur has existed since 2007. - On Track ENG
< All projects On Track ENG Over the course of an actionpacked session-day, local songwriting talents, national and international A-writers and producers will work together to create the next banger. Some added bonuses: career tips and a crucial network. The purpose of On Track is to inspire and guide local talents around the country in pursuing a professional career and writing the next big hit. It is a collaboration between the international songwriting camp Aarhus Calling, ROSA, and a number of Danish venues and urban communities. In camps spanning across two days, two to four local songwriters are partnered up with routined Danish and international songwriters to create music together. In order to work with local talents, the camp moves from venue to venue in new cities, wherein a recording studio is established to record the material and prepare it for pitching. International songwriting and pitch-writing is an area with a huge potential, and several Danish professional songwriters have already had success in songwriting internationally, and for artists all around the world. And in 2022 and 2023, we expanded the concept and involved skilled songwriters and producers from the German market. 9 Urban spaces 15 A-writers 46 Songs

The performing artists range from musicians to composers of all kinds of different genres, cultures and eras, who are experts at fostering intimacy and connectedness with their audience. ROSA is responsible for planning the project, a specialised committee chooses the artists, and the concerts are established in collaboration with the visitor’s services of the country, and a number of venues that wish to learn from the experiences of the project.
